How Long Is Your Warranty?
The warranty for all unused and unworn products is 30 days from the date of purchase. More information about returns, refunds, and exchanges can be found here.
When Will My Order Ship?
We ship all of our orders the same or very next business day. In any event during the holidays or inclement weather, your order may be delayed. Orders with incorrect information or requires an update may also be delayed as well. For more information, please visit our Shipping Policy page.
Can I Pick Up My Order?
If you're in town, you're more than welcome to swing by and pick up your order. Please select the "Pickup" option when checking out and contact us to schedule when you will be stopping by.
Can I Get Tracking Updates for my Order?
We'll email you a tracking number when your order ships, and we're dedicated to making sure that you have all the necessary information available to you in a timely manner. If you have an account with us, you can check your tracking number by looking at your most recent order. You can also sign up for tracking updates via text if you go to the order confirmation page. (standard message and data rates apply).

Can Howies Donate a Prize or Sponsor Our Event?
We'd love to give back to the hockey community that has given us so much, but we'd go out of business if we honored the thousands of requests that we receive every year. Do you guys ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. All international orders can go through our website like a normal order where the shipping costs will be determined based on the weight and size of the order at checkout. For more information, please visit our International Shipping page.
I have a defective product, what can I do?
We stand by our products 100%, but sometimes, something goes wrong. For all defective products, please email us at email@example.com so that we can get you taken care of and make sure we make it right!
I'd like to add something to my order, is this possible?
As much as we'd love for you to get more Howies products, adding products after you have ordered is not possible solely due to the fact that we do not save payment information post-purchase. That being said, we can definitely work with you on it and make sure you get taken care of. If you forgot to add something to your order and would like to do so, just shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get it taken care of!
Do You Make Custom Tape?
Unfortunately, we do not do custom tape orders due to the volume required to fulfill a custom tape order.
